We want every membership to be worth it. Here’s how refunds work if your plans change.

Membership dues

• Before opening day: full refund, no questions asked.
• After the season starts: refunds are prorated for the remaining part of the season.
• The one-time new-member initiation fee is non-refundable once your application is approved.

Swim team & events

Swim-team registration and paid event fees are refundable up until the activity begins. Once the swim season or an event has started, those fees are non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] or ask at the front desk. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within a couple of weeks.
