Set up your account on this site. New residents fill out the resident application on the Get Started page; current residents sign in through Manage Account. Once your account is confirmed and in good standing, your household’s pool access is active for the season.
Residents in good standing and the members of their household listed on the account. Everyone entering checks in at the front desk so we can keep an accurate, safe headcount.
Pool access requires that your assessments and any other fees owed to the association are paid and current. If your account is past due, access is paused until it’s brought current. You can check your status anytime under Manage Account.
Sign in to Manage Account, open your household, and add or update members and passes there. Changes take effect right away.
Residents may bring guests according to the association’s guest policy. Guests sign in at the front desk with the resident, who is responsible for them while at the pool. On busy days the front desk may limit guests so there’s room for residents.
During the season (Memorial Day through Labor Day) the pool is generally open daily, 10am to 8pm. Hours can change for maintenance, swim events, or weather — check the front desk or the association notices for the latest.
Welcome to Brookside. Head to the Get Started page and complete the new resident application. We’ll review it, set up your account, and walk you through getting pool access.
Reach out anytime from the Contact page. For account-specific questions, signing in to Manage Account is usually the fastest way to find what you need.
