What we collect

When you apply for or hold a membership, we collect the details you give us — names, contact information, household members, and the photos used for front-desk check-in. Payments are handled through our member portal and payment processor; we do not store full card numbers ourselves.

How we use it

We use your information to run the club: managing memberships, processing payments, checking guests in, sending season updates, and contacting you about your account. We don’t sell member information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate — our membership software, payment processor, and email provider — and only as needed to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

You can review and update your information anytime from your member account, or by contacting the front desk. To unsubscribe from club emails, use the link in any message or the unsubscribe page.
